Weather Policy: Full refunds will be issued for "Named" Tropical Storms and Hurricanes with Mandatory Evacuation being required in Bay St. Louis, MS.
Cancellation Policy: A 6% fee will be charged for all cancellations prior to a 30 days of rental date. A 50% fee will be charged, or Voucher for a later date, for cancellations after 30 days & prior to 1 week of rental date. No refund or voucher for cancellation will be issued within 7 days of rental.
